You can order any piece of jewelry that is available in Shop/Jewelry section. To do so, please click the ‘’Buy now’’ button. You’ll be automatically transferred to "Review Order" page, where you can check your order and either proceed to checkout or continue shopping.

After choosing the product and reviewing the cart, by clicking the "Check out" button, you’ll be automatically redirected to 2checkout payment form.

2CheckOut.com Inc. (Ohio, USA) is an authorized retailer for goods and services provided by Annie's jewelry. When you place an order, you will be automatically redirected to 2Checkout's secure servers for processing. 2Checkout uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software. This encrypts the information you input, so that your credit card information is always secure. Annie’s jewelry will not have access to any information regarding your credit card.

Paypal payments are also possible through 2checkout.com. After clicking the "Check out" button, you’ll be given the option to choose Paypal as a payment method.

2CO accepts customer orders via online checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Dinners, JCB, debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logo, FXSource®, PayPal®, and PayPal Pay Later®.

Items will be delivered after I receive a notification from 2checkout.com that your payment has been confirmed.

All jewelry is shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Items are shipped in a protected flat envelope, packaged in a decorated box. I’ll notify you as soon as your order is shipped. Shipping fees depend on the weight of the item and the delivery destination, and will be calculated during check-out.

Delivery times will vary, according to the addressee’s destination.

Please allow 7-14 business days for European destinations and 7-20 business days for other destinations.

I accept claims for returns or exchanges of ordered products within 30 days from shipment. Please e-mail me within 7 days after receiving your order so we could arrange refund or exchange. The products must be safely packed in the original box and returned in same condition as they were received. All return shipping fees will be borne by the customer. After I receive the product, I’ll issue a refund or send another item, depending on our previous agreement.

Due to the particular techniques I use, the products are more delicate than those that are made by usual industrial production.

I always strive for perfection in process of making my jewelry. However, if you’re unhappy with the product you have received, please contact me and I’ll be happy to stand by my promise of quality.
